G4TV
Jr. Graphic Designer, 2022
G4TV is an American television network that aired from 2002 to 2014. It was the home of early video game culture and is well loved for its variety of shows like American Ninja Warrior, X-Play, and Attack of the Show. With the relaunch of such a beloved network, the daunting task was put forward to remodel the brand and its attributes, archetypes, and identity. Here's how I came up with solutions to that.
G4TV Beach House
G4TV Beach House was a campaign to create content around the network's relaunch and to officiate the switch from television to streaming. It featured a variety of streamers such as Mizkif, Hasanabi, Ludwig, and many more content creators. I was tasked with designing the event logo and supporting the branding around the event, along with various assets like patches, merchandise, and social graphics.
The Road Ahead
G4's relaunch prompted a dire need of change in its creative direction, as the network originally ended in 2014. With the challenge of creating graphics and assets while brand guidelines were being developed, I had to be flexible enough to modernize our graphics while also re-establishing G4's brand presence through our social media channels.

Youtube Thumbnails
G4TV's prelaunch included three shows spread across multiple channels: XPlay, Attack of the Show, and the Bleep Esports Show. For a large part of my time there, I made thumbnails for all three channels, along with G4's main channel.
